- You may ask to speak with a team member at any time.
- Quotes generated by the assistant are estimates and are confirmed by an employee before any commitment.
- Do not enter sensitive information (medical records, SIN, confidential investigation details) in chat; we will offer you a secure channel.
- Conversations are handled under our Privacy Policy. Confidential investigation files are never processed by marketing AI tools.
