Anti-Spam (CASL)

Consent, identification and unsubscribe rules for our marketing communications.

Effective:

SafeHaven complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

  • We send marketing emails, texts or messages only with your express consent (unticked box by default) or implied consent allowed by law (e.g. an active client within the past 2 years).
  • Every message clearly identifies SafeHaven Protection Inc., our mailing address and a way to reach us.
  • Every message includes a working unsubscribe link; requests are processed within 10 business days at most.
  • We keep a record of every consent.
