Community guidelines
We welcome questions and comments. We hide or remove posts containing hate speech, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, other people's personal information, unverified accusations, spam or advertising, or anything that could compromise an investigation or a site's security. Repeat offenders may be blocked.
What we do not discuss publicly
We never confirm a client's identity, the existence of an engagement, the location of an assignment or any investigation detail on social media. For anything of that nature, message us privately or write to info@safehavenprotectioninc.com.
Direct messages
Messages received through Messenger, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp are handled under our Privacy Policy. Response times vary; in an emergency call 911, then 613-608-4416.
Photos, videos and testimonials
Our posts never show a client, a protected site or an identifiable person without written consent. Officer photos are published with their agreement. You may share our content with credit; commercial reuse requires written permission.
Advertising
Our paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok comply with CASL, platform advertising policies and provincial rules on advertising security services. We never use footage of real incidents or claim guaranteed outcomes.
